Immigrants Move to Canada Through Provincial Nominee Program

The Provincial Nominee Program, PNP, has admitted 76 percent of newcomers between 2010 and 2015 and were destined for areas outside of the three provinces. The popular program has lured immigrants to cities other than British Columbia, Quebec, and Ontario.
